A little about me…

Hi lovely Mamas. My name is Beth and I live in West Lothian with my husband Chris and our beautiful baby boy Cole. I am a first time mum and absolutely loving motherhood. However, after Cole was born, I found that keeping up with my previous active lifestyle of rock climbing and hill walking was quite difficult. How was I going to find the time to keep fit and look after my little boy at the same time? I didn’t want to leave him with others, I loved spending my time with him and after all they grow up so quickly that every moment is precious. That’s when I stumbled across the Sweaty Mama classes and realised that I could have the best of both worlds. I could get back into fitness, focusing on my well-being whilst still bonding with my baby boy. It was a win-win. So I plucked up the courage to take on the opportunity to become your Sweaty Mama West Lothian instructor. I thought, if I am struggling to find opportunities then other mamas probably are too and I am really hoping I can help to break down those barriers and bring you fun, effective and safe workouts that both you and your little ones will enjoy.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to get in touch. I would be happy to help, after all we are in this fitness journey together. Motherhood is the best thing in the world but can also be the toughest but together, with each others support, we can achieve anything.
